Concierge

At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a Concierge at our Rochester location.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, potential residents, visitors, family members, and guests entering the community.
• Manages external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
• Assists the Business Office Director and Executive Director with special projects.
• Assists residents with scheduling personal transportation services in conjunction with the Activities Director.
• Submits work order requests to the Maintenance Director.
• Assists the Activities Director with making reservations for residents for various community events.
• Acts as a back-up for Sales and Marketing inquiry calls.
• Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
