PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
This position is responsible for providing high-quality service and creating a welcoming environment for customers and vendors as they enter the branch.

• Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Acts as the "face" of the branch by providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience upon the customer or vendors arrival;
• Ensures reception area is neat and orderly, and that forms and other display items are stocked and well maintained;
• Greets and directs customers and vendors to the appropriate departments or team members;
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource for customers seeking information on banking products and services;
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer-facing experience
• Computer literacy skills
