Job Description
We are looking for a Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles and pumping systems.
• Mid Valley Concrete Pumping is currently seeking a qualified Heavy Truck/Equipment Mechanic for its McKinney/Princeton TX Shop.
• Diagnostic and repair of mechanical concerns including electrical, diesel engine, driveline, etc.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance at recommended intervals.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, techniques used in Truck/Pump repair and maintenance.
• Field service repair and maintenance.
• Occasional fabrication or welding.
• Ongoing training available.
• Maintain positive attitude and contribute to thriving culture.
• Valid applicable state license (CDL preferred) Health card may be required to operate some of the equipment
• Must have own basic tools
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass DOT-pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
• Diagnostic abilities should include strong electrical skills, ability to read wiring diagrams, diesel engine, drivability, diagnostic software, and other heavy truck systems.
