About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization through a significant transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining strong relationships with employees, customers, and the Board. This role demands a thoughtful communicator, a collaborative leader, and a trusted executive who can partner with all stakeholders during this important milestone. The Interim CEO will oversee day-to-day operations, support employee engagement, and promote a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
