Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused International Cruise Travel Agent for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Laguna Niguel, CA. This role is ideal for a travel sales professional who enjoys helping clients plan memorable international cruise vacations while building long-term customer relationships.

This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule, base salary plus sales-based bonuses, international travel opportunities, and the ability to earn additional income through strong sales performance. Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with planning and booking international cruise vacations based on their travel goals, budget, and preferences.
- Recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, travel packages, excursions, and related travel options.
- Manage reservations, payments, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and online throughout the booking process and before travel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business.
- Stay current on cruise destinations, promotions, international travel requirements, and travel industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
