This position monitors boiler performance, conducts routine inspections, maintains operating logs, responds to system alarms, and troubleshoots equipment issues to ensure reliable plant utility operations. The ideal candidate holds a valid Minnesota 1B Boiler License (or higher), has industrial manufacturing experience, and is committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
