Salary: $71,189.6 - 118,643.2 per year Requirements:

• We typically look for 0-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We require a bachelors degree with a focus in a quantitative or life sciences discipline.
• We value working knowledge of genomics, including associated tools, technologies, and data sources.
• We expect familiarity with data transformation methods such as string manipulation, numerical scaling, and terminology mapping.
• We look for knowledge of at least one high-level scripting or programming language.
• We require working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• We need a strong understanding of the biomedical field, especially areas related to precision medicine such as molecular biology, genetics, cancer biology, medical terminology and coding systems, and biomedical ontologies.
• We look for strong analytical and technical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate issues, assess technical risk, and recommend timely solutions.

• We manage data pipelines into the Genospace platform.
• We extract data reliably from primary source systems.
• We transform and harmonize data appropriately based on the specific data context.
• We monitor data pipelines and identify issues, including diagnosing, resolving, or escalating problems when needed.
• We partner closely with our product development team to define, test, and evaluate new products and features.
• We build subject matter expertise in clinical, genomic, or other relevant areas to support data registry development within the Genospace platform.
• We work with key customers and stakeholders to provide training, gather feedback, and support successful data delivery to end users.
• We take part in regular team meetings and collaborative efforts, helping strengthen colleagues and share knowledge across the organization.
