Overview
Registered Nurse, Home Health, Bala Cynwyd, PA, US. Start 10/14/2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,594-$2,742 per week; guaranteed hours 40; shift 8:00am-4:30pm; setting: Home Healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and symptom management.
- Perform start-of-care (SOC) and ongoing reassessments, developing and updating individualized care plans with the care team.
- Conduct and document home health visits per plan of care, monitor patient status and safety indicators, and escalate changes promptly.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, safety at home, and self-management strategies to support adherence.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic chart, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of home health nursing experience
- Start of Care (SOC) and revisit experience required
- RN degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) from an accredited program
- Ability and willingness to travel to patient homes within service ZIP codes: 19040, 19044, 18929, 18974, 18976, 19002, 18954, 18966, 18901, and to work in a home health setting
