About Us

At Bridgetown Revenue Management Solutions, we partner with independent hotels and branded properties to deliver data-driven, results-focused revenue strategies. We work across multiple brands and markets, tailoring our approach for each client while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. We’re a small, nimble, and highly respected team in the industry. We don’t micromanage — we hire smart people, trust them to deliver, and expect them to own their results.

If you’re a creative thinker who can find solutions from new angles, has exceptional people skills, and knows how to earn trust in a fully remote environment, this role could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across multiple brands and markets.
  • Forecast demand accurately and optimize inventory allocation across channels (direct, OTA, GDS, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage segmentation, channel mix analysis, and seasonality planning to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, new tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Host weekly revenue meetings with each property within your portfolio

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify underperforming segments or channels and develop corrective action plans.

Client Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned hotel clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients entirely through online and phone interactions.
  • Present revenue strategies and results in a way that inspires confidence and buy-in.
  • Guide clients through pricing changes, strategy shifts, and market challenges with professionalism and clarity.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and promotions.
  • Mentor and oversee Revenue Analysts, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and strategy execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from ownership groups to on-property teams.

Systems & Process Management

  • Utilize RMS, CRS, PMS, and channel managers to implement pricing, restrictions, and distribution updates.
  • Troubleshoot system or data issues and develop process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

  • Proficiency in revenue management software, PMS, CRS, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts without direct supervision.

  • Experience with independent hotels and branded hotels (e.g. Hilton, Choice, Best Western, IHG)
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $89,000 annually
  • Fully paid vision and life insurance
  • 70% paid medical & dental insurance
  • You get your birthday off
  • Generous PTO and company holidays
  • Flexible work schedule — we partner with hotels across multiple time zones, so availability outside standard business hours may occasionally be required
  • Fully remote work environment — you can work in your pajamas
  • Best part: no camera meetings
  • Final candidates must pass a background check due to direct access to client systems and sensitive data.
  • You need constant oversight or can’t manage your own workload in a remote setting.
  • You avoid taking ownership of results — good or bad.
  • You struggle to build rapport and trust without face-to-face contact.
